Sales Policy - Subscription Products

1. Object

This policy governs the terms of sale of food products offered under subscription by GLPROD.BE, accessible via our platform shop.glprod.be. By subscribing to a subscription, you accept the terms described in this policy, as well as the additional conditions applicable to subscriptions, mentioned here. These conditions do not exempt you from respecting those already present on our site: https://shop.glprod.be/policies/legal-notice .

2. Subscriptions Offered

Information regarding subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.), their content, as well as prices including applicable taxes, are detailed on the product sheets available on shop.glprod.be.

3. Subscription Conditions

• Subscriptions are only available to individuals aged 18 or over.

• A subscription requires the creation of an account on shop.glprod.be.

• The subscription is valid from the date of order confirmation.

4. Payments

• Payments are made via the payment methods available on shop.glprod.be.

• Subscriptions are billed periodically according to the chosen formula (monthly, quarterly, etc.), as indicated on the product sheet.

• Subscription rates may change. Any changes will be communicated to the customer at least 15 days before their application.

5. Delivery of Products

• Food products are generally delivered within 5 to 7 business days, unless otherwise indicated on the product sheet.

• In the event of a delivery delay of more than 15 days, the consumer will be notified by email and will benefit from a 15% reduction on their next order (valid only for a similar order, cannot be combined with other offers).

• In the event of non-receipt of the product within 30 days after the expected delivery date, in accordance with Article VI.45 of the Code of Economic Law, you have the right to terminate the contract and request a refund.

• As food products are perishable, please check the storage conditions and the use-by date on each product upon receipt.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian law, consumers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the first product delivered under the subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for perishable or sealed products opened after delivery.

• Food products are excluded from the right of withdrawal because they are likely to deteriorate quickly or expire, and their conservation after opening or handling may be compromised.

• Any request must be sent in writing to info@guillaumeleroy.be or via the withdrawal form available on shop.glprod.be.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or an error was made by GLPROD.BE.

• Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of your request, provided that the returned products are in perfect condition.

7. Modification or Termination of Subscription

Subscriptions taken out for an initial period of 3 installments (monthly, quarterly, etc.) are firm and cannot be cancelled before the end of this period.

• Any termination request must be made via your customer area or in writing to info@guillaumeleroy.be, respecting the required notice period.

• Termination during the initial period may be requested in the event of force majeure (serious illness, death, etc.) with supporting documentation.

• No refunds will be made for periods already billed.

8. Legal Guarantees

All food products supplied by GLPROD.BE benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles 1649bis et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code. In the event of a lack of conformity:

• The consumer may request the repair or replacement of the product.

• If this is impossible or disproportionate, a partial or full refund will be offered.

• In case of a defect, contact our customer service with a description and, if possible, a photo documenting the problem.

9. Mediation and Disputes

• The costs of mediation, if any, will be borne by the party declared liable by the mediation decision.

10. Data Protection

• Your personal data is kept for the duration of your subscription and up to 2 years afterwards.

11. Contract Language

• The language chosen for this contract does not limit your rights in any way.

12. Additional References

The general conditions of sale and use present on the site https://shop.glprod.be/policies/legal-notice also apply to subscriptions and must be respected in conjunction with this policy.
