Main features
During endurance training, your body needs carbohydrates for energy to maintain your performance. You can also become dehydrated if you don't replace the water and electrolytes lost through sweat. Energy Drink is an isotonic carbohydrate and electrolyte solution to help you maintain your performance and improve hydration during endurance training.
Research on traditional sports drinks suggests that people can only consume 60g of carbohydrates per hour, but because Energy Drink is a 2:1 fructose blend, much more carbohydrates can be consumed – up to 90g per hour, even.
As part of our DRUG FREE policy, we have a stock of our products tested on banned substances. Important: we do not use banned drugs and have never had a failed test.
Use
Use
Mix the powder (2 scoops) with 500 ml of water, then shake well.
Use before and during exercise. Try to drink 150-250 ml every 20 minutes.
The measuring spoon is supplied with the jar.
