Tear off the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take a maximum of three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink.
You don't need to drink extra water, but it's important to stay hydrated during exercise, so we recommend using ZERO in addition to this product.
